Services & Rates

 Conduct Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI) in accordance with the Tarion and Builders guidelines at a fee of $150 per home of 1500 square feet or less. 

An additional fee of $65 per 1000 square feet or any part thereof 

will be charged when over 1500 square feet. 

Mileage fee at $0.61 cents per km  

Fee for above listed services $65 per hour.

 Consult on cases on an “as needed” basis. Select services include:

Review of the unit holder’s lists to Tarion 

Review of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale

Review of the Construction Performance Guidelines (CPG)

Review of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) for compliance

Attend the unit  to assess the builders exposure and risk on each item 

Develop a scope of work for repairs, including estimated cost 

Participate in the Conciliation or License Appeal Tribunal (LAT)

Staff Training in customer service and warranty coverage

Fee for above listed services $65 per hour.
