About Us

As a retired field inspector with Tarion with more than 13 years experience I started this consulting firm to assist builders with the ever changing and challenging world of working with Tarion and managing homeowners  expectations. 

The purpose of this consulting firm is to assist builders in assessing their risk exposure, such as chargeable conciliations and warranted item, which in turn effects your registration and licensing. 

I bring with me more than 25 years of “hands-on” experience in the construction/renovation industry participating in many trades, extensive Ontario Building Code training (BCIN), 13 years as a field inspector with Tarion and 14 years teaching Home Inspection and Building Code courses at Georgian College.
